Mission in Action-
- We deliver the highest standards in coordinated entry, needs assessment, and service delivery through the Housing Solutions Center.
- We develop affordable housing for people with very low income through the Housing Initiative, LLC.
- We champion best practice approaches and interventions including Trauma Informed Care, Diversion, Housing First, and more to help make homelessness rare, brief, and one time in our community.
