Landlords Seeking Access to Rent Assistance Programs on Behalf of Tenant

Landlords Applying for Tenants:

The Limited Landlord Relief Program is available through the state.

If a tenant refuses to engage with the housing agency, or they do not qualify for rental assistance, and the landlord owns no more than 4 rental units, the landlord may qualify for assistance.
