Coordinated Entry for Shelter is a way of organizing how people in need access emergency shelter to ensure they receive the best assistance as quickly as possible. Instead of calling each individual emergency shelter to ask about available space, people call the Housing Hotline at 360-695-9677. The Housing Hotline is the coordinated entry point for the majority of emergency shelters in Clark County.
The Housing Hotline is also the coordinated entry point for the majority of homelessness assistance programs in Clark County. By calling the Housing Hotline, people will access the full scope of homelessness resources available in our community. Visit our Need Help? page for more information.
